1. Who is Aadhya Enterprise?

Aadhya Enterprise is a growing company in India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.


2. Delivery Timings:

All Orders are processed within 0-7 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on all days of week.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

We are not charging any delivery charge for all the orders.

● Estimated delivery time: 1-10 working days 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking detail(s). The tracking details will be also available on website. 

3. Discounts:

All the discounts are decided by Aadhya Enterprise team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.


4. Address Change:

Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 1 days of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.

5. Delivery Product:

At Aadhya Enterprise, we strive to provide accurate product information and images on our website. However, please note that the actual products delivered may not always be exact replicas of those shown on the site due to various factors such as different vendors, seasonal constraints, and local availability.

6. Rules for Duplicate Orders:

If Aadhya Enterprise finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.


7. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:

If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.



8. All courier items will be shipped using Delivery or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 8 am - 10 pm and may take 1-10 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.


9. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.

10. I understand that Aadhya Enterprise can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, WhatsApp & Emails on my registered id & number.


11. Aadhya Enterprise objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same,Aadhya Enterprise might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.
